"The first thing Im gonna do when we get back is have lunch," Tyson said in a wide grin as he strolled down the streets of late morning Moscow.
"But Tyson," Ray groaned. "We already stopped at that pizza place."
"Well but I.." Tyson started.
"And that burger joint," Max chipped in.
"I..." Tyson tried to respond.
"Not to mention that the doctor said to take care of what you eat," Kenny cut him off. "You were just released from the hospital after all."
"Do I look like I just fell down and died," Tyson said sarcastically. "Im fine. The doctor did say that I could eat what I wanted as long as I watched how much I ate."
"Bang goes your chances to live then," Ray muttered under his breath.
"What did you say," Tyson grumbled, starting to get annoyed.
"Nothing," Ray innocently smiled back. "Why dont we get back to the hotel? We can eat and then get some practice in for whatever tournament there is next."

He had lost something but he didnt know what. He was searching for whatever it was in a large room full of dancing couples and large tables stacked high with food. There was a coffin in the middle of the room but o one was paying any attention to it so he decided not to either.
After searching behind long drapes of deep red curtains, he turned to see a smiling couple standing behind him. The woman had oddly coloured light blue hair that was tied back in a loose bun and she wore a long blue ballroom gown that seemed to catch the light and shimmer with al kinds of blue shades. The man looked just like every other gentleman in the room, wearing a tuxedo that made him look like some kind of penguin. He had dark brown hair and deep, wise crimson eyes.
"There you are," he smiled as he stood up to go and hug them but suddenly everything changed.
Everyone suddenly disappeared, leaving only him and the oddly familiar couple.
"Weve got to go now darling," the woman said, smiling sweetly.
"Take good care of yourself," the man said with an equally warm smile.
"No," he cried, holding out his arms. "I want you to stay here with me. Please stay."
But the couple just continued to smile warmly as they both climbed into the coffin and closed the lid down. He ran over and frantically tried to lift the top off but it was stuck tight. Tears were beginning to come from his eyes as he struggled to open the coffin but with no such luck. He was all alone. There was no one to love him anymore.
A huge screech suddenly made him look up to see a huge black phoenix shooting down from the sky. As it landed, it smashed into the coffin, causing it to break into thousands of tiny fragments.
He screamed as the black phoenix lunged at his throat.

Kai gave a small cry of fear as he was suddenly jolted awake. Breathing deeply, he looked around to see where he was. He guessed that he was in some kind of alley way as there was a dead end in front of him and the walls were built close together. His only company was a dumpster that smelt utterly foul and a large rat that was sniffing around its base.
Kai didnt really see any other option as his stomach groaned loudly in hunger. He slowly got up and staggered over to the dumpster, lifting the lid. Upon the entrance of such a larger presence, the rat fled but Kai paid no attention to it as he began to rummage through the trash for anything to eat. He had been doing this ever since he had been kicked out of the abbey a week ago. He had never really found much but, luckily, he didnt have a huge appetite.
Today he came out with a chewed half rotten apple and some scraps of a Sunday lunch beef that someone had thrown out. He ate them quickly, trying hard not to taste them for who knew how long they had been there.
As soon as he had finished, he left the alleyway to wonder the streets and think. He knew that he had to get to Japan somehow but that was going to cost a lot. Besides, what did he have to show to get him a job anyway. A beyblade and the dusty teddy that was still in his pocket. He would have to find some other way. Once he had tried to pickpocket but he found that he just didnt have the heart to take the money that someone else had earned.
As he wondered though the large park, he saw a large cheering crowd gathered. That could only mean one thing. There was a beyblade battle going on.
Hurling himself up to stand on a park bench, Kai found that he had a surprisingly good view of the battle that was taking place.

The two beyblades smashed into each other again and again, causing sparks to fly in all directions. A wide white beyblade whizzed around the dish to deliver blow after blow to a tall green beyblade that was spinning in the middle of the dish that the park had rented them.
"You cant stay in defensive mode forever," Tyson said to his always smiling opponent.
"You cant stay spinning forever," Max said back in a half giggle.
"Go Tyson! Get him Max!" Ray cheered from the side as he watched the destructive dance that the two beyblades were performing. He had always thought it amazing how the beyblades could glide so easily over surfaces and yet take apart an opponent in their way in a rather brutal and ruthless fashion.
"You cant cheer for both of them Ray," Kenny smiled as he swiftly typed in his laptop with the ever present Dizzi filing the information that was displayed.
"Tyson, Max," Kenny called out to them. "I think Ive got enough on Maxs defence strategy. Now Id like Draciel to come out of defence mode so that we can see how strong Dragoon is after trying to break through a tough defence."
"You got it," Max laughed. "Go Draciel! Attack!"
"Weve got him now Dragoon," Tyson called to his own beyblade. "Take Draciel down!"
The two beyblades meet in the centre of the dish and were instantly propelled to opposite sides of the battle area. They both glowed with a blue and purple light before each players bit beast emerged.
Draciel bared her teeth but allowed her eyes to glint with thankfulness for what Dragoon had done to save her master. The least she could do was honour the mighty beast with a worthy opponent. And she was that opponent.
Dragoon saw the thankfulness in Draciels eyes and flashed a smile before letting out a mighty roar. He bared his teeth and claws before lunging at his opponent to do some serious damage, as always.
Although a lot smaller, Draciel was a tough one to harm but Dragoons power was able to match this perfectly. The two monsters managed to match each other blow for blow as their beyblades continued to collide beneath them.
Suddenly, Dragoon seemed to get the upper hand as he spotted an opening and went to strike his opponents soft underbelly, sending Draciel back into her beyblade as it flew into the sky and landed with a soft thud on the grass.

Kai smiled as he watched such a great battle come to a close but it was soon replaced by a cocky smile. He knew that he could easily beat that kids Dragoon as his hand automatically strayed to his pocket and clutched his beyblade.
The smile went suddenly as a Chinese looking kid with wild black hair looked up and saw him.
"Thats him!" The kid cried, pointing straight at Kai. "Its that kid!"
Kai suddenly froze. Were they from the abbey and had been sent to retrieve him? Had they mistaken him for someone else like those two other guys had done? What was going on?
